Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g, Windows, macOS) and common software applications
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
