Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

  • Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system

  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g, Windows, macOS) and common software applications

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) is a plus
